Isa 9: 6-7 Jesus, the Wonderful Son

6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.”
The focus of all things and mankind is only our Lord Jesus Christ.

 Why is Jesus our focus?

1. Jesus is the only ruler and king (6,7).
   'He put his right hand on his shoulder, and his affair is endless. He builds up the kingdom like David (7). Jesus is the king of the kingdom of God. He is the eternal king and the king of the unshakable kingdom.

 * Do you live with Jesus as the sole ruler (king)?

2. Jesus is a wonderful counselor (6)
  We call Solomon the King of Wisdom. The queen of Sheba delights in his wisdom and travels hundreds of miles to come to him and experience his wisdom and praise God. Its source is Jesus (1 Cor. 1:30, Proverbs 8: 22-31). "Jesus came out of God and became wisdom and righteousness, holiness, and salvation for us."

Let us live a one-point life that focuses on Jesus, who is truly wise.
* Steve Jobs 'concentration principle' : He founded 'Apple' in the 70s and he became a billionaire in his 20s. After a while he was expelled from the company. But he returned to Apple in 1997, succeeding in a company called Pixar. When he returned, Apple had an annual debt of $ 1 billion. He reduced the number of product lines from 350 to 10. He proclaimed No, 340 times. He focused on the essence. Eventually he became an icon of success and innovation. It is important to focus on just the core, focusing on the simple. Our believers should focus on God, His Word, worship, and soul salvation. Let us focus on Jesus Christ, the true wise, and the comforter.

Do you live in praise to the wise, the comforting Lord?

3. It is the Almighty One God (El Gibbol) (6).

  Jesus is the champion of power and authority to lead the war to victory. He gives us victory. He solves all problems and gives comfort and grace during suffering. He makes all things work together to form good (Romans 8:28).
He heals the diseases.
He calms the storm.
He conquers the devil and evil spirits.
He also solves our death and sin problem.
He gives light to darkness, order to chaos.

* Do you live by trusting and relying on Jesus as Almighty God?

* Dallas Willard's <The Divine Conspiracy: Rediscovering Our Hidden Life In God> The person who accepted the electricity and the person who rejected it. The person who has received it lives from a dark night to a light and warmth. But those who refuse live in darkness and cold.
