Exodus 12:1-14, Gospel of blood, Live as a new being

Scripture Exodus 12:1-14.
1The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, 2"This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year. 3Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household. 4If any household is too small for a whole lamb, they must share one with their nearest neighbor, having taken into account the number of people there are. You are to determine the amount of lamb needed in accordance with what each person will eat. 5The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect, and you may take them from the sheep or the goats. 6Take care of them until the fourteenth day of the month, when all the people of the community of Israel must slaughter them at twilight. 7Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs. 8That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire, along with bitter herbs, and bread made without yeast. 9Do not eat the meat raw or cooked in water, but roast it over the fire -- head, legs and inner parts. 10Do not leave any of it till morning; if some is left till morning, you must burn it. 11This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the LORD's Passover. 12"On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn -- both men and animals -- and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the LORD. 13The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt. 14"This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the LORD -- a lasting ordinance.

* Why a fussy student has changed?

Exodus is a book of salvation. Chapter 12 deals with the salvation of the Israelites. By the sacrifice of the Lamb and its blood, the Israelites were saved. Christianity is the gospel of blood. The blood of Jesus makes us live and saves us. Those who believe in it live as a new being.

1. Apply the blood of the lamb to live (7).

They took the Lamb without defect (1 Peter 1:18,19) and put the blood on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses(5-7). It is in the blood of the sheep to receive salvation. The firstborn of the Egyptian family who did not apply blood died. We do not believe in Jesus' crucifixion as a historical event, but in the belief of Jesus, who was shed for me. In order to be saved, it must be in the house of the blood, in the Bible. Take the lamb individually (3). Trust in Jesus personally(John 1:12). Let the whole family be saved (Acts 16:31). Eat the meat roasted over the fire (8). This refers to judgment. To save us, Jesus was judged and cursed (2 Corinthians 5:21, Galatians 3:13). We must take the flesh and blood of the Lord. The Lord is our life and food (John 6: 53-58). Do you believe in the blood of Jesus? Have all our families been saved? Do you eat the blood and the flesh of Jesus?

2. Why did the lamb have to shed and die?

The Lamb was dead to save the Israelites living in slavery in Egypt and to redeem their sins. The sinner has lost the glory of God (Romans 3:23). He received God's judgment and wrath (Ephesians 2:3), he must enter the eternal lake of fire (Revelation 21:8). Sin makes enemies with God (Romans 8:7,8), bringing God's wrath and ultimately death. Sin makes the honor of the children of God and the birthright lose(1 Chronicles 5:1). The Lamb of Sinless Jesus died for sinners, and our sins were forgiven.

 3. Lamb The blood of Jesus has an amazing power.

The blood of Jesus overcomes the power of all sins and death (John 5:24-25). His blood has the power of eternal atonement (Hebrews 9:12-14). If we put all our sins and problems before His cross, He will give us eternal Atonement (Matt. 1:21). When Jesus' blood is applied, the obstacles are solved (2 Corinthians 1:8-10). The Lord delivers us from the power of darkness (Colossians 1:12-13). The Lord saves us from evil (Matthew 6:13). Jesus is the answer to all problems. Man's sin is forgiven only through Jesus' blood shedding (Lev. 17:11, Heb. 9:22).

Is it difficult or hard for you, saints? Did you lead you into temptation? Is anything difficult? Apply the blood of Jesus' cross. The Lord solves. Do not worry, declare it. 'Surely there is some God's purpose!' I pray that you will live as a new being (Exodus 4:22-23; 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Amen.
